Last Chaos on Mac

I've recently bought a new MBP (2011), and I'd like to play the game Last Chaos on it.
Problem: Last Chaos is compatible with PC only.
I've tried CrossOver and Winebottler, but they get some kind of problem with running the patch installer. I thought that maybe it was something wrong with CrossOver and Winebottler, and I do not want to use Bootcamp, because that never really worked for me. Does anyone see any reasonable solution?

Because it needs dedicated graphics, you aren't going to be able to play "Last Chaos" from an emulator or for that matter from a VM. Run it from a dedicated Boot Camp installation or run it from a PC. Can you tell us why Boot Camp never worked for you?
