People (men not Women) do not have chest hair( or any hair for that mattter) because they hunted in the snow... it's because they WERE IN THE snow.

Its not that you aren't supposed to eat meat but just because you can doesn't mean you should or have to. The only reason I would regard not eating meat as being healthier is that there are so many scares about BSE and interspecies diseases, not to mention most meat is unhealthy because its been uberprocessed and had tons of salt added and then been deepfried etc and so is fatty. I'm sure meat can be perfectly healthy to eat but a large amount of whats sold in western world isn't.
