Whenever I take an MP3 with a lengthy ID3 comment and import it to iTunes, I can only view the first 255 characters of the comment in the Get Info window. I've gotten MP3s from several sources and this always occurs.
I called Apple about the problem, and they told me it was "not a bug," but rather it was limited by design. The person I spoke to mentioned something about finding the source code and reverse-engineering it or something. I don't even know where to start with that.
Has anybody here had experience with this issue? Has anyone been able to find a workaround?
