is this computer bad?

Hi I just bought a new macbook pro 13" 2017. Sometimes when I type in facebook the text is delayed, 60fps streams on twitch are laggy and look like 50-20 fps, and look way better on my phone, tablet and on my windows pc. Also when i plug in headphones it still plays sound from the speakers for like 3 seconds. Battery is draining pretty fast, I got it 3 days ago and it already has 7 charging cycles, and battery capacity is at 99%. Twice i had to hold power off button to restart the computer cause it completely froze. Can you tell me whether it is something wrong with this one, or is it just that MAC is complete trash? Thinking of returning it, as it is by far the slowest PC I have ever had. Thanks

Your experience isn't typical of how Macs behave, you may just have a bad machine. By all means return it before the return period elapses.

Return the MacBook Pro now.

I have never heard of anyone who had your experience. I can tell you, sincerely, new Macs are fast, reliable and do NOT display the symptoms you describe.

Return and get a new replacement.

Sounds like your mind is made up about a Mac. Quit complaining and return it. You have 14 days. Then buy a Windows 10 PC of your choice. ;D

My friends 2008 MacBook runs fine.
My 2015 MacBook runs fine.
I've seen a 2000 iBook run fine.

You have a bad computer, maybe 1 in 1,000.

But sure, hate on the mac, you can always return it and grab yourself a windows 10 PC, they have a failure rate of 1 in 5 at least. You live once, might as well play a game of risk.
