my new macBook started doing small weird things and after backing up my photos and inadvertently dragging my iphoto library to the trash (and out again), lost all my albums and modified pics but originals okay but started getting even weirder effects.
I can't export photos or access recent rolls through Finder. Slideshows won't play and iDVD won't import anything. Also after importing from my camera, everytime I open iphoto it tells me I have X numbers of unimported images even though they are imported.
I reinstalled the OS but it has made no difference but did't delete anything which I expected it to. If anyone can give some suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.
