iPhone mail sound notification.

I no longer have a sound notification for mail on my 5s, i can't see if there is mail until i open the mail app. I have the same mail account set up on the 5s and my iPad 4 and it works ok on iPad. The sounds are set in "settings" and the mail account servers and ports are set correctly. Any ideas would be much appreciated>

Settings>Notifications>Mail

What do you see there? It should say sounds if they are turned on. I have sounds on for some accounts and not others.

All sounds are set to on but i now think the problem may be with my ISP or carrier. My wives phone is getting mail notifications ok but her account is set to POP and mine is IMAP. I will check it out, thanks for responding.
