Hi Everyone -

First, Merry?Happy Christmas and a healthy and happy New Year to all!

The title of my post might be a bit misleading.

When I make changes to Reminders, Contacts, etc. on my iPhone 15 Pro Max (running current software), those changes don't occur on my MacBook Pro (running current Sonoma version).

Would someone please take me through the steps to fix this?

Many thanks and regards to all -

Richard

Hello Richard - check in your iCloud settings to see if the apps your want to sync are activated - more info HERE. Dave

Thank you, Dave. Everything was checked as should be. Interestingly, everything was set up correctly so I don't exactly know what happened. Appreciate your input.

Rich

Sorry Rich that the link was not helpful. I assumed that your Apple IDs are the same on both devices? And also that you likely shut down each and did restarts? Otherwise, out of ideas - good luck. Dave

Dave -

Only one Apple ID - yes - did restarts. Thank you.

You could try the time-honoured approach:

On each device, go into your Settings > Apple ID, turn off all the items that are not syncing properly, reboot both devices, then into Settings > Apple ID and turn them all on again.

This often works and does no harm.
