l have low power mode switched on, 'optimised battery charging' on, auto brightness switched off. l learnt that keeping macbook on all the time does help battery life, does this idea apply to iphone 14? so keep it on 24/7 unless it needs to restart eg with an update. or switch off if not going to be used for next few hours? how about charging, take it off charger when it hits 100%?
thanks for tips

You should let the iPhone ask you if you want to turn on Low Power Mode, and LPM shouldn't be used all the time (when above 20%).

I charge my iPhone while I sleep just about every 48 hours.

Really don't worry about it. The battery technology is getting better and better. The management systems within OS' like iOS, macOS, etc., is getting better and better.

The battery is a consumable device. Upon purchase and for at least a couple of years after that, the battery will work well regardless of your usage.

As it begins to get to a point where the battery life reaches a point where you can't do what you want, then just replace the battery and keep going. That will again, buy you a couple of years. Now you're going to be like 5-6 generations behind and will likely upgrade your phone.

So don't overthink it.
