My wife's iPad mini (8.2) has 15 apps awaiting update but they will not come down because the iPad is stuck on the French store. When I try to change to the UK store, I keep getting the message, "This page is temporarily unavailable". It's been like this for some days.
Her Apple passwords and IDs are all OK and apps can be downloaded via the UK store to her iPhone.
Help greatly appreciated.
