Hi,

I have an iPad 2 which was dropped and the touchscreen stopped working. I replaced the digitizer but the problem still remains. The digitizer connectors on the logic board seem fine, so I think there is another problem with the logic board.
If I was to replace the logic board with a fully functioning one, would you expect the problem to be fixed?
Is there anything else which may be causing the problem?

Thanks for your help,

Joel

There's not a whole lot left to replace (the digitizer & the logic board).

I would definitely caution you on one thing…it's an iPad 2. Be very careful that you're not spending too much money repairing it. Purchasing another used iPad 2 may not cost too much…compared to the repair costs.
