iPad 2 cannot display PowerPoint properly

My iPad 2 cannot display PowerPoint file properly, while my friend's iPad 2 can display it nicely.
I have upgraded the OS to iOS 5, but the problem remains.
Any suggestion on how to correct it?

What app are you and your friend using to display it? If you friend is using Keynote and you don't have it installed, this would account for viewing differences.

Thanks for the message.
We were both using native iPad 2 file viewer, by opening the file directly from email message attachment.
We are also using Doc to Go Pro. When I display the file (that I downloaded from email attachment), it will still be displayed incorrectly in my unit, but noth in my friend's iPad 2.
I believe, the problem rooted from my unit's corrupted OS, but I don't know how to correct it.
Suggestions will be very much appreciated.
