Yes. Installed it on two iPads and two iPhones.
No problems at all.

Ventura update completed in just over 20min for 2.53GB download and instal.
iPhone SE 2 updated nil issues, took about 35min.
iPad, Apple Watch yet to go. Then there is my wife's MBP, iPhone and iPad.

Updated my Apple watch - no problems. Still have my house iPhone (yeah I have a house iPhone - my husband's "just in case") and his iPhone plus an iPad to go.
