I was advised to install IOS8 to iPad Air, using a connection to iTunes. After many attempts and 2 calls to Apple Care I am left with an iPad Air which will only show a caricature of a connection wire to an iTunes icon. I previously received the message, "iPad could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (17)." Does anyone have a suggestion?
