iOS 8 updates now no audio

Hi everyone I have the iPhone 5s with the update to IOS 8. Since the the update I notice that some video on FB would not play audio when the phone is silent mode. I notice that while the toggle on the side of the phone is down that there will be no sound play back. Anyone have a fix to this without having to switch the toggle to ringer sound?:Grimmace:

That's how it should behave.

It's was a previous bug that meant you got sound when on silent
