iOS 5 Screen Rotation

I upgraded my i Pad 1 to IOS 5 and now my email is stuck in Portrait and won't rotate to Landscape.
Thoughts?

Double click the home button, swipe to the left and ensure that the orientation lock isn't set.

This has happened to me before, i just reset the device and it seemed to fix the problem
