Since iTunes supports playing certain Internet Radio stations (unfortunately, not live365 which is my main source for new music these days), does the Apple TV play back these stations too?

My old Philips Streamium just died, and I used it primarily for listening to Internet Radio and need to replace it now. I'm looking at several media extenders, including the Apple TV, but if it doesn't support Internet Radio at all, then I'll probably be forced to go with one of the others that does...

Do you mean iTunes will play Live 365 stations (if so, how)? Or that Apple TV will play the Internet radio stations (such as the Shoutcast streams that iTunes plays)?

Thanks much... If Apple TV indeed plays Internet radio, then I think I may just have to invest! :)

iTunes plays Live365 stations fine. I just went to the site, clicked play on a station and it loaded in iTunes

AppleTV doesn't play internet streams (although there are several hacks in production to add the functionality)
