So I just went through a whole nightmare with lined going through my MBP 5_5 screen... that problem has luckily been fixed... Bent the monitor..
Anyway... picked up rosetta stone recently and started to take the plunge a couple days ago only to find out that my internal microphone doesn't work. The system recognized the device but it won't take any input. I had another microphone from a junk MBP5_5 that I replaced it with and the same deal. System see's it, won't accept input.
Never had to use the mic before but would sure like to try and fix the problem. Any suggestions would be wonderful.
(external microphones, inline, work just fine)
