Increase in costs for iCloud+

I received an email today from Apple informing me that my iCloud+ payment for 200GB of storage was going up from £2.49/month to £2.99/month and this applies across all iCloud+ payments including Family version.

When you sign up for iCloud, you automatically get 5 GB of free storage. If you need more space in iCloud, you can upgrade to iCloud+.

Whoa! 50 pence, how dare they!

Virtually every service I have has increased prices in the multiple dollar range..starting as low as $5 and now sitting at over $15.

It is not the 50p but the 20% that makes the difference.
