Hello everyone!

Does anyone know what program i can import digital video and take snap shots while video is playing? I know one of the programs i have must do that??

any suggestions would be great!!!!

The quick and dirty solution would be to press Command+Shift+3 to get a screenshot.

Then open the image (it should open with Preview) and mark the area of the video with the mouse cursor (by pulling a rectangular area) and press Command+K to crop it.
