MBA 2020 Monterey M1 chip 251GB; iPhone SE 3rd gen 128GB; iPad Air2, 64GB
iMovie 10.0.5 on Mavericks - Content Library is ghosted, even as I'm working on my timeline. What am I doing wrong please?

I am having the same problem and have the same version of IMovie. All the content libraries are unavailable for some reason. Anyone got any ideas why??

I found out the answer. Just start a new project and add a clip to the timeline and you will have access to the ghosted libraries.
