Im wanting to know if you can Pause/Stop etc. content being played from a web browser being streamed to my TV via Apple TV. When the content is being played on my TV can l control the content at all from a remote control device so l dont need to get up? It obviously didnt work with the Apple TV Remote as this controls the Apple TV not the internet being streamed. Thankyou in advance for your help

If your source can be controlled by a remote control, then you could use it to do the controlling.

If it needs line of sight to work, setup any number of mirrors to get the signal around corners etc. or look into some other type of remote control.
