iMac opens weird

Why does my iMac open this way every time? Then after a 10-15 seconds, it finishes the bar and opens. Everything seems to be working fine.

Only started happening after I did a clean install of Yosemite.

Is this normal?

Any ideas?

All perfectly normal. That's the way Yosemite starts up. Nothing to worry about.
