Thats retarded
no dude my bad I was talking about deleting the whole music library....the thread topic...
You could say that about anything. If robbing banks is illegal, why are there so many banks?. . . but if it is so illegal then why is it readily available on more than a few freeware programs.

I have heard that you are just as likely to fall out of bed and break your neck..than getting busted for downloading music....
I know people think that it is wrong, and I respect that, but if it is so illegal then why is it readily available on more than a few freeware programs.
Let me rephrase..why doesn't our glorious government shut down sites like limewire etc.?
I personally prefer to have the actual albums on CD if it is an artist I like. I have many CD's that have only ever been used once to put the music on my Mac or PC. We use the PC for music at home and ipods when we're out - The CD's just sit there looking pretty, but it makes me feel better.
Limewire isn't a site, and the U.S. government would have a heckuva chore trying to shut down a computer in Swaziland.Let me rephrase..why doesn't our glorious government shut down sites like limewire etc.?

Naa. U.S. east coast power blackouts do it all the time. They'd have a fun time trying to shut down a computer in Toronto.
