iCal stops showing dates

iMac 20" 500GB 4GB RAM
All of the sudden iCal is not showing appointments for me or my wife, under Gmail or iCloud. I did check the accounts being used. There were'nt any changes. What could be happening?

What Macs and/or OS and iDevices are involved?

Are any appointments showing anywhere?

iCal missing Events

I'm running Yosemite 10.10.2. Two of the calendars show events but the most important events for me and my wife do not.
