i tunes/i cloud

Mac 21.5 Late 2013
Running Mojave 10.14.6, I have around 10 GB of music in my i tunes library. I would like to save my library to my i cloud but it isn't happening. I have tried the i tunes, preference, general and the i cloud is not an option. I understand I need to have a subscription but I have already purchased the music or downloaded it from CD's to my library. Is there a way around this?
