I am running a G4 PowerBook with OSX 10.4.11 and a HP Photosmart 3310 All-in-One printer/ scanner/ etc..
I just recently tried for the first time to scan photo slides and ran into a problem. If I set the scanner for slides as the original it will invert the colors so I wind up with a negative image. If I set it for negatives the same thing happens. The same is true for the automatic function. The invert colors function is pathetic and not worth using.
The manual has almost no info on slide scanning as does the Help menu. Anybody run into this before and is there a work around?
