I have 2 Mac computers. One is my wife and one belongs to me. My wife's laptop was just purchased and it brought in all of my Safari bookmarks. She deleted them and now they are deleted from my Mac. I have to restore the bookmarks using time machine everyday. How can I stop the bookmark sync between two Mac computers both using Safari.

Using the same Apple ID on both computers?
Open System Preferences - iCloud - uncheck everything on hers that shouldn't be syncing with your machine.
Or sign out of that Apple ID in iCloud.
