How to quickly scroll through photos in a folder?

Nope, still there. But you move from image to image with the arrow keys. The name is now "Gallery."

Now, I just wonder what the actual advantage or Improvement Apple thought would be for a user, and I guess they removed the old method and not even available as an option. Strange logic or thinking going on in some Apple developers's minds there???, no not really, as Mac OS Mavericks 10.9.x used the arrow keys for navigation for a folder full of images.

It looks like Apples Gallery.app view method got started with Mojave with some improvements:

I don't think I knew that either. If I ever did I had forgotten it.

I tend to use the QuickLook method. IIRC there used to be some extra plugins available that let QuickLook read additional file formats but I don't know if they still work.
