I got a 2005 iBook G4 running at 1.33 GHZ and its too slow (Even for Linux). I heard that you can change the FSB from 133 mhz to 167 mhz (essentially overclocking it to 1.67 GHZ??) in Openfirmware. Will this work on my machine?

I have no idea, but this site used to supply such info many years ago if you want to check their special areas:
http://www.xlr8yourmac.com

and maybe lowendmac.com may have such info in their PPC upgrade section.

If you search Google you will be told time and time again not to bother. Overclocking is not for laptops. You need a newer Intel computer.

+1.

And to add to that, that iBook was already pretty well maxed out to its maximum anyway in its stock condition.

But for those that like to kill such machines or watch them die in some exciting burning flames, there's always google: ;)
