How to make apple keys work in windows

I have mac and windows installed on my macbook. The brightness and volume keys on the keyboard don't work in windows, they do on mac. They used to work though, so I think its something I did. but idk what it is. Any help?

Windows installed through Bootcamp? And you've installed all the Bootcamp drivers inside Windows? If so, all of the Mac features should work in Windows..

I dont really understand in that stuff but I do see "bootcamp" beside my drive C name in "computer" so I guess yes its installed through bootcamp but still the keys dont work

How did you install Windows on there? It's kinda hard to get it done without imploding your OS X installation if you don't really understand these things..

I didnt. I took my laptop to an apple store and they did it.

Open up Control Panel and select Boot Camp. Make sure you haven't accidentally changed anything associated with the keyboard like changing the function of the F keys in Windows. That will cause the problems you're experiencing.
