Hello guys,
my ibook's cd drive was broken, but i have the OS 10.3's all three cd files in the harddrive. currently, the ibook is running on OS 10.0.4.
when i tried to click the essentials.pkg file within the system folder to install the panther from harddrive, it did not work at all.
i used this method to install the OS 10.1 from the harddrive before, and it works well.
i really do not know why it does not work on the panther.
can anyone tell me how to install the 10.3 from the harddrive?
