Hi. I ordered a brand-new 4th generation click-wheel ipod a couple weeks ago. It arrived 16 days ago, but it arrived malfunctioning.
Apple decided it was a hardware problem, and last monday they picked up the defective ipod. Last Thursday, according to the online status, they ordered a replacement ipod for me. However, six days later, I've yet to get anything. How long will this take?
My ipod was personalized, but still, how long can it take? Do you think it will take much longer? What have some of your experiences been?
