yesterday i got macbook air from a chinese company
but i can't Install software, i download"exe".how do i install?

Mini (2014, 2018, 2020), MBA (2020), iPad Pro (2018), iPhone 13 Pro Max, Watch (S6)
EXE files are Windows executables and cannot run on a Mac. If the developer offers a Mac version, you'll have to download that. Otherwise, you'll have to find an alternative.
