Does It exist way to keep hotspot service always as active in IOS 15 (iPhone 13)a?

I noted It goes in disable state after some minutes (I don't remember exactly how much time).

My target is to keep this service always as active, independent of battery usage.

The Apple discussion board suggests that resetting your phone's network settings may fix the issue.

I haven't experienced this issue, but I don't use the hotspot feature often; when I do, it's not for extended periods.
