Help with macbook air

Hello I have a macbook air early 2015

I am having a big problem with it when I turn it on it will not boot. The loading bar shows as loading but will not boot up.
My lap top will also not boot in to recovery mode , safe mode or boot from a USB device my keyboard is 100% working I really need help as I don't no any other option as I cant reinstall the os as I have no way please help thank you.

Welcome to the forum. What happens when it gets to the end of the bar? Any messages? Anything on the screen?

How can I do this ? I've tried all recovery keys at boot and none seem to work it just goes straight to the same loading screen thanks

How do you know your keyboard is working if you can't use it to get into the various boot modes?

I can get it to open the command and v and key pad lock lights up when pressed

The lights don't mean anything. What does "open the command and v" mean?

Thee boot key combos need to be held down until the machine is almost completely booted to work, not just clicked, or short pressed.

Hello is there anyway to enable root with out being able to boot or to sort these problems when I put a command ? Thank you
