3 Question in Outlook 2011 in OSX

1. What's the quickest way to attach an email to an email I'm composing? In Windows, I can Ctrl+C (Copy) the email I want to attach, and Ctrl+V (Paste) into the email I'm composing, which will consequently turn into an attachment. How can I do similar thing in OSX?

2. In Windows I was able to drag an email to my Local folders to store the email. I noticed in OSX, it will only copy if I drag the email to the folder I want to store into. How do I make it so when I drag the email to the Local folder it will "move" the email instead of copy?

3. Setting up rules to divert the emails automatically to the folder I want it to be in. When I attempt to set it up it won't allow me to find the folder in my Local from the Inbox.

Thanks!

Your Mac's Specs
I support Outlook 2011
1. Drag and drop the email into the new email window
2. It currently only copies. Have been looking for a way around this, but haven't found one
3. 2 different type of rules. 'On My Computer' Rules and 'Exchange' Rules. Exchange rules cannot add to your local folders.
