nope no recent changes in RAM. Done all general tests that is available. ie Apple Hardware Test, Techtool Pro, Onyx tests, resetting RAM, nothing seems to stop it. Thought that someone might be able to diagnose the problem from the report for me. Any help would be appreciated.

Nothing is jumping out at me from the report. So, you did the extended hardware test and everything came out OK?

Sometimes the AHT doesn't find hard disk problems. My next step would be to try the SMART Utility to see if it finds any disk problems.
