I need to know how to reset my Macbook Air back to a earlier time. (Issue with email password) and locked out to future changes.

Can you please clarify your issue? What do you mean by "reset" it? Are you looking to reinstall OS X or do you have an issue with your email client?

Secondly, can you please use a descriptive title - your username doesn't tell us anything about your issue.

Sounds like he's trying to do a System Restore like in Windows, which would be sort of a Time Machine thing.
And to block Software Update after.
