I would stay away from choice 1 as convertible PC/Tablets are flimsy and for the most part can not be upgraded.

No specs given on choice 3 but it's probably going to be the best in terms of memory, HDD, and speed. It's the most costly of the three. Lenovo is generally considered to be one of the best brands to buy when shopping for a PC. You should also take a look at Dell computers.
