gif animation problems in Entourage via email

Hi, we are working on OS X...I personally use Safari as my browser, but others (who are experiencing the same GIF issues that we’re working on) use Explorer, and Mozilla.

And just to confirm, we are not experiencing problems when we are viewing the animated gif through Internet browsers that is @ http://www.idmg.org/banner_file.gif
, we are only experience problems, after taking the HTML running our email marketing software which is broadcasting and receiving it in an email format, our email program is Entourage.
