Ghannt Chart

Using excel 2011 for mac. creating my first ghannt stacked bar chart with task, start, duration and end dates. Came out nice but I want to be able to add text on the ghannt bars. not necessarily the task name but any text. How do I do it? Please help. Thanks a lot!
