Ganss Mechanical Keyboard giving me issues

Hi everyone,

I recently bought a Ganss mechanical keyboard. However, I noticed that some of the keys do not work properly. For example, the four arrows do not work and when I press C it also gives me the left arrow command. Can anyone help me out with this?

It's probably best to go direct to the manufacturer's tech support and ask. That particular keyboard may not be compatible with your Mac or it may need a special driver since it's a gaming keyboard.
