Apple, Crucial, and Kingston are the only ones I would use. Apple is a huge ripoff though. There are also cheaper ones, like Corsair or Powerline.

I'd stick with the first three. We had 12 sticks of Corsair RAM all come in bad recently.

It really doesn't matter as Crucial, Kingston, and Corsair all have lifetime warranties. Just get whatever is cheapest and matches your configuration.

Samsung Memory.

Don't just look for Samsung chips on their own, you need to look for Samsung on the board too. The other's are just cheap copies. Apparently, Samsung pulled out of memory chip manufacturing but if your prepared to do a little research, you can still find the modules. That's if they are willing to import them in. Currently i think you can only buy Samsung originals in Asia Pacific. It's the best in my opinion, even Apple ship their machines with them installed. Well, that's what i got.

I'm happy as larry.
See specs.
