FS: Powerbook G4 parts

For PB G4 Titanium, Mercury, model M5884. Look at ifixit.com for photos of installation and the part numbers for this model. All plus shipping.

Airport card (Not Airport Extreme - the connectors are different) $25. Use in a variety of systems: if yours says "Airport", this is the one.

Power adapter, $20.

Keyboard, $20.

All internal circuit boards, $60.

CD reader, $20.

Manual and original disks, $20.

Chassis, includes lower case and internal frame (after the boards are sold), $30.

The top cover is also available but has a scratch with a dent in the lower right hand area, about 3/4" to an inch long, does not affect operation, $20.

Hinges, $20.

I have the original battery but it does not take a charge. If you can fix it or just want the housing for a repair, free with any other purchase.

OK, last call on this stuff. Will do $90. for the whole unit - minus the HD, of course but including the Airport card including shipping in CONUS. After this goes to the second page - I'm figuring 10 days or so, the whole thing goes in the garbage. I'll have to assume no one is keeping a Titanium going any more.

Just for the record, never heard. Perhaps there's a way for one to play the float on a paypal payment and get the items and keep the money.

Not easily. PayPal (owned by eBay) is generally safe. The money is withdrawn from the buyer's PalPal account and sent to you either in the form of a check or electronic transfer to your account. Usually takes 3 days or maybe as many as 5 for the money to transfer. All you have to do is wait until you receive the money and then send the items.
