Forgotten Stuffit file passphrase...

I recently used 'Stuffit' to compress some files. At the same time I chose the 'encrypt archive with passphrase' option. I have now forgotton my passphrase.

Is there any way for me to get around this? or have I no chance.

I know - my own stupid fault!
