Hello, sometimes I run multiple terminal shells at the same time. However, I don't like the clutter of new shell windows populating my screen. Does anyone know how I can force terminal to open the new shells in tabs by default?

For example, I have some applications that run in console mode by clicking the app executable and a new shell pops up every time I click it.

Thanks,

Bump

Bringing this post back to life, I've always wondered how to do this. My job requires me to click on links that pop up new terminal windows, I've always wondered how I can force them to open in a new tab with the terminal window thats already open.

Any help is appreciated.
