flash drive pictures

I would like to put pictures in the appropriate place on my Mac computer.Once I put the flash drive in the usb and I locate them on the computer where do I find the save button to instal them on the hard drive?

That might be a bit short on detail for corella, looking for a "Save Button"
Corella do you know how to physically put them into your User Folder and how to load them into iPhoto? Is that what you want to do? Where do you usually keep photos on your HD?:Confused:
