Finder Image Thumbnails

Is there a way to make these load faster or at least load all at once instead of loading as you scroll down? Its kind of annoying when your in a folder with lots of pictures and you have to wait for the thumnails to load

With that creating actual icons, the finder isn't generating them on the fly. So it's instant.
