family share doesn't share photoa

I have 5 family members (plus me) on family share, but not everyone gets all the photos I share (or videos). We have iphones and ipads. Help please.

I have family share with 5 people (plus me). Not everyone is receiving shared videos on their phone or ipad. Help please.

Read and understand Family Sharing from this Apple KB article. That should explain why certain things are not being shared.

thanks for your reply. My problem is that some get the photos or videos and some people don't. I must be sharing them correctly since some people are getting them. I have read everything that Apple has posted but I'm at a loss.
