So ive used boot camp for almost a year and its been great and all, but im starting to think tht its making my computer slower? For half a year i messed up my mac side by trying to copy all the files into my hard drive(when i could of used the time machine option) and it screwed it up. When i tried to get on it would just stay white. But i fixed it a couple of weeks ago but im still not using it just because i prefer windows, ye i know why did i get a mac in the first place? Not sure myself :)

So like rite now, mainly during the first few minutes of startup im experiencing heavy lag issues. Im thinking its because of my ram but whenever i run a game called maplestory and try to watch a youtube video it lags just so bad. Maplestory requirements are fairly low MapleStory - A Free Massively Multiplayer Online Role-playing Game

It lags so bad that my mouse still works but the rest of the screen is dead. All the browsers are up. Like on the bottom left corner usually when i move my mouse over it, it lights up but when it lags it doesnt and so does all the icons tht usually light up dont. Everything becomes unresponsive.

Im running Vista ultimate on a iMac (Early 2009) - Technical Specifications
with snow leopard and its just so laggy and usually takes 5min for everything to come back and yet its still laggy.

PS: During youtube when it lags the sound is still on it seems to be just the screen. The video isnt moving and stays frozen

If u need anymore info just comment below or ways to fix this/reduce

Your Mac's Specs
2.66 GHz Intel Core 2 duo processor 4 GB of memory 300 GB HD imac, 8GB Ipod Touch 4th generation
I would maybe upgrade your ram and maybe try removing some junk if there is any.

Disk Inventory X

This should help you find files you don't need anymore.
